Lashawn Zabarkes: Ask the city maintenance department to give you paint and rollers and a red vest and paint over some graffiti. I did it in the City of Garden Grove, Calif. Some neighbothood kids actually volunteered to help me.
Brock Anwar: Library...mall to watch people...book store to read a magazine...volunteer...if you look for people who need help in SOME area, you'll probably find them...
