any alternative medicine which cools body in summer?

Lynn Hollars: Iced Hibiscus flower tea.Iced Peppermint tea and Lemonade with peppermint leaves.

Teodoro Lamond: --in the menthol vein--if you can find "Dr. Bronner's" brand liquid soap--the peppermint type is amazing for cooling in the summer. You can use it straight like a shower gel soap or dilute it--but it leaves your skin with the same coolness like you get when you eat peppermint. Great stuff.

Nannie Kasee: Water--there is no internal medicine to take and cool body.

Verdie Wollen: Try Flos Chrysanthemi Morifolium with rock sugar.

Davina David: Try flex-all 454. Or anything with menthol in it.

Lulu Bukowiecki: I take a glass of water adding lemon juice but without sugar, salt or any additives every morning during summer months. I also take cucumber salads invariably with my lunch to keep my body cool

Georgianna Zollo: Not herbal, but places like Bed, Bath and Beyond sell something to put aroud your neck. You have to soak thi! s in water and as the beads inside dry out, the rapid evaporation keeps you cool. Not expensive.

Aldo Decurtis: Try using lavender essential oil, its one of the few oils safe to use on babies without having to dilute it. YThings with menthol will work, but may be too strong for babies without diluting it ot the point where it doens't have much of an effect. I get my oils fro mthis site https://www.youngliving.org/Gramora The oils sold there are organic so oyu don't hve to worry about pesticides and toxins. Also the bonus of organic oils is that since theres no trace proteins its almost impossible to be allergic to them. Hope this helps....Show more

Jed Mutone: Take a shower with your clothes on and stand in front of a fan
