Pamela Meno: If you don't want to upgrade, you can simply buy a phone (on ebay or at full price from the provider) that's either originally from your current provider or has been unlocked for use on any provider, and then you just put your SIM card into it. Elsie Resner: You can get a new phone without changing your plan but most likely you'll have to pay retail price which is ridiculous. (Right now its $488 retail for the EnV2 by LG) If you want another phone badly you can switch to a phone that a friend of yours isn't using, although it does have to be the same service and again it might not be better than your current phone.
