Andra Oger: Well, Indian is my favorite ethnic cuisine, but given the choice of Indian or "western", I'd have to go with western, because that includes many different types of cuisine, while Indian is only one. As much as I love it, I would get bored fast if all I ate was Indian food.I'm American.

Alonso Crehan: There's good and bad in every country's cuisine.Personally I do love curry with almost everything, but I couldn't survive in a country with no steak houses! :-DI really can't choose, you can't ask me to give up my awesome french fromages.... and there are so many dishes I could never cook without the help of some saffron, or cinnamon or chilli powder.I think I'll just stick to my ordinary menu...! . a round the world trip :-D...Show more
