Barrett Felicia: Do your own work.Rather than relying on someone catering to you go to an actual store and do your own shopping.
Ron Keliipio: Update - I probably should have been more clear. I won't be ordering from them again. I have no problem with the restaurant. I am looking for one of two things -- either have the company sell truly vegetarian meals or quit marketing that they sell vegetarian meals.
Delmer Pectol: Since the owner was open to suggestions the first time, and nice, I would give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a combination of being new and inexperienced. (and not ignorant and apathetic). Look at the ingredients before you buy a vegetarian meal. If you see non-vegetarian ingredients don't buy it but also bring it to the owners attention. Maybe something like Excuse me sir but this label says it vegetarian but the ingredients include beef. So this is clearly not vegetarian so I'm not going to buy it. I was looking to buy a v! egetarian meal. but it looks like you don't have one so I guess I'll just go somewhere else with my business today. If you have to do this more than 3 times the guy doesn't deserve your business. I also wouldn't get too concerned about the "tricky" ingredients. Nowadays, most cheeses are vegetarian. some gelatins are, most everything else is pretty obvious. I think if he just get the obvious ingredients right it will show a huge improvement....Show more
Brittanie Zakutney: "Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?"It's called "brown bagging" the ONLY way to control what is served.
Antonia Boomershine: This might be something that you could bring to the attention of the management of the building. This could be a potential liability for the building management. You could also contact the local Health Department since the food establishment is selling food that is not properly labeled as to ingredients. This is a code violation.
Troy Monsivais: Worrying ! about what picky eaters can find to eat is just about last on ! my list of important things in life.
Ramon Dahlheimer: frankly I would keep correcting them or bring your lunch. FYI not all cheese is made with animal rennet any more.
Willa Holte: If you think you can do a better job, then you should apply for a position. If the food offends you, don't buy it-simple.
