Eva Lichlyter: Try these things1) Start > Control Panel > Sounds and make sure the speakers are up2) Start > Control Panel > Device Manager > make sure their are no yellow question marks next to anythin, espicially where it says sound, video, and game controllors...next to that should be a + sign click on that and you will see too other things after pressing the + sign make sure they dont have any yellow ?, if so you can try updating it or uninstalling and reinstalling it3) Right click your volume icon in the bottom corner and open the volume mixer and make sure the volume is upHope this helps :)...Show more
