Karl Jantzen: Some employers will scan your resume in less time than 8 seconds. My resume always states "References provided upon request." If they want you, they will contact you and then you can provide your list of names. Attaching your references won't hurt, but most likely they won't even look at them. It's your career objective and/or set of qualifications with desired keywords that they concentrate on.
Francisco Schonhardt: I work in HR, and I appreciate it more when you save the references until we ask for them. Including references doesn't make an applicant more qualified, or more likely to be called for an interview.
Dominic Sciancalepore: I agree with Ginger. Do not include references with your resume unless requested. Also, you do not need to add anything about references on your resume. It is assumed that your references are indeed available upon request.
