If you keep it as a generic name (not related to the type of business), you can use it for a any type of business you may do in the future. Let's use my friend. He had an on line warehouse and called his llc warehouse drop shipper and that was the name of his business. Now he's decided to get into the travel business and get rid of his warehouse. Now he has a dba Kevin's travel for the llc of warehouse drop shipper.If he had used a non specific name for his llc, he can use it for a number of different businesses without looking odd on the paperwork.
