Ronald Moehr: Recruiters/Recruiting companies can buy access to employment websites database to hunt for the right candidate for their client.If you are thinking sales leads, I don't know about U.S.A. but in Asia-Pac, you sure can include it during negotiation of the price for database access... depending on who you interact with. I have had a branch manager of a leading employment website promise me potential sales leads. Although, I cant reveal to the client how I got their info when I interact with them.Selling contact info's of potential sales leads upfront would be unethical and most companies would frown upon it or worse, the company selling such info could be legally liable....Show more
